Class Overview

Dynamic Movement Experience:

Our classes incorporate a variety of equipment, including resistance tubes, bands, free weights, foam devices (such as foam rollers and foam balls), benches, and bodyweight exercises. Each session is crafted to offer a comprehensive workout that promotes strength, endurance, balance, and joint stability.

Small Class Size:

To ensure personalized instruction and interaction, our classes are limited to a maximum of two participants per session. This allows you to receive individualized feedback and support, helping you to achieve your fitness goals safely and effectively.

Inclusive Atmosphere:

Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced fitness enthusiast, our friendly environment welcomes everyone. We encourage you to bring along a spouse, friend, or family member to join in on the fun! If you don't have a partner in mind, we can help pair you with another participant, so you can experience the class together.
