Our classes offer a focus on gentle exercises that incorporate resistance tubes, bands, free weights, foam devices (such as foam rollers and foam balls), body weight movements, benches, and functional movement exercises. With a maximum capacity of just two participants per class, each session ensures you receive personalized attention and instruction from our certified trainers.

Safe and Supportive Atmosphere:

We prioritize your well-being, allowing for modifications tailored to your fitness levels. Our experienced instructors will guide you through safe and effective movements, creating a comfortable environment for you to thrive.

Community
Engagement:

Join a friendly community of peers who share your commitment to healthy living! We encourage you to bring a spouse, friend, or family member to join you in your movement journey. If you don’t have a partner in mind, we can pair you with another participant in the class, allowing you to connect and support each other.

Our Senior Movement classes are held on Mon-Sun 7AM-6PM, providing flexibility for your schedule.
