Philosophy
Our philosophy is, when you “feel great”, you can make yourself look great. It starts from the inside.
The Body Story and the Feel Great Approach
The body is intelligent and it is always communicating with the mind. It lets the mind know where it is and how it feels. The mind thus tells the conscience what the body is capable of doing or “feel” like doing.
The body is commonly bound from daily activities or in-activities that taxes it in ways that does not give back to the body in the way the body needs. Another factor is exercise programs that are designed to elicit certain outcomes driven by visual appeal but does not give back to the body in a way the body needs as well. Injuries and past injuries are yet another taxation on the body that the body copes/compensates (because it’s resilient and built to serve) with/for but has not been compensated (properly addressed) for.
Feel Great approach is to assess the body and provide it exercises and stretches (both come in various forms) that balances it out. We apologize to the body on your behalf and help you to develop a “working” relationship with it.
If the body was a balled up sheet of paper, Feel Great helps to unravel you so that you read clearly the messages the body is always sending and communicating.
When you have a healthy and balanced relationship with your body, you will see that the body wants to work hard. It wants to be challenged. You won’t have to push or motivate it. It will motivate you because that’s what it was designed to do. You will Feel Great. And when you feel great, the look or appearance is not far behind if not along side. The body will drive towards what you want and Feel Great is in the business of facilitating and fostering that relationship.
While “unraveling” you, Feel Great has you on a spectrum of progression that prepares you to push beyond the unraveling. We excel you towards your goals in ways that you are ready and continue to work on the aspects that still need improvement. We do all of this using a number of training methods and techniques, some which are unique to the Feel Great model.

Our Methods
Feel Great Studio has special programs/training that participants can choose from. These include Tube & Band Training, Foam Training, Senior Movement and Stretch Training, and Weight Training. A combination of these techniques are used in the Feel Great general program if trainees don’t request or prefer a specific or special program to reach their goals.

TUBE & BAND
TRAINING
We use rubber resistance bands and tubes to balance, stretch, and strengthen the body.
FOAM
TRAINING
We use various foam devices to address physical problems, limitations, and to strengthen the entire body.
SENIOR MOVEMENT
With preset muscle activations in place, we take participants through movements that helps with common muscle and joint restrictions. This helps with common pains and restrictions.
WEIGHT
TRAINING
We perform traditional weight training and Feel Great's counter body segment exercises (working two parts of the body at the same time).
Meet Your Trainer
William Hall is a veteran trainer with extensive experience in helping clients achieve their goals. Over the years, fine tuning and tailoring clients programs has allowed William to develop an array of systems that has made up the Feel Great model. The Feel Great experience cannot be found anywhere outside of the Feel Great Studio.
