What a group exercise class looks like
I lead from the front of the room and participants follow along at their own pace. We work on posture, alignment and core strength using only chairs, or nothing at all.
Every class is built on the PCM Checkpoint System, my method of lightly engaging key muscle groups so that every movement reinforces good posture. People often tell me they feel taller and steadier by the end of the very first session.

Common questions
Is this a yoga or exercise class?
It's a specialized posture and core alignment program. While it involves movement, the focus is strictly on clinical mechanics to improve everyday stability and core engagement.
Do participants need to change into gym clothes?
No. The PCM Checkpoint System is designed to be done in normal everyday attire, whether that's casual clothes at a senior community or professional wear in a corporate office.
How long is a typical session?
We offer flexible formats. Community classes are typically 45–60 minutes, while our corporate 'Team Reset' sessions can be shortened to a potent 20 minutes.
Is there floor work involved?
Absolutely not. Every movement is performed either while seated in a chair or standing with a chair for support. There is no need to get on and off the floor.
